I really wanted to like this crib because it looked great online, but once we put it together, it just didn’t feel sturdy. There was a noticeable wobble, and I didn’t feel comfortable putting my baby in it. I reached out for help, but the responses were slow, and one email seemed to say one thing while another said something different, which just made it more confusing. For the price, I expected a lot better.

I ended up having to return one item and later reached out about some warranty help. The return did eventually go through, but it took longer than I expected and I had to check in a couple times 😕. Support was nice and polite, just not the fastest. Overall, it was okay, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

The crib does look really once it’s set up, and some parts feel sturdy, but I was a little annoyed because the description made it sound more polished than it actually is. A few edges were rough, and one of the drawers didn’t line up right, which isn’t what I expected for the price. It’s not a total disaster or anything, and shipping went fine, but the wording made it seem like the craftsmanship would be cleaner than what I got.

The instructions were kind of a mess. Some steps felt unclear, a few seemed like they were missing altogether, and I had to keep stopping to figure out what was supposed to happen next. It ended up taking way longer to put together than it really should have

I had an issue with my order trying to get it sorted turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I’d send a message, then wait ages for a reply, and when someone finally got back to me it didn’t really feel like they were taking it seriously. After all that back and forth, the problem still isn’t properly fixed. At this point, I don’t think I’d order from them again

The box showed up looking rough, and when I opened it, there was barely any padding inside. For baby furniture, you kind of expect it to be packed with a little more care.

A few pieces had small dings, which was frustrating. I get that shipping can be rough, but you still expect the packaging to handle normal bumps along the way.

I wasn’t happy with the quality at all. It felt cheap right away, like some flimsy little knockoff pretending to be better than it is. Definitely not what I expected.

The crib looks good in the room, but actually using it every day has been frustrating. The sides feel awkward, and having to bend in so much is rough on my back. The drawers also stick, so even grabbing things takes more effort than it should. For the price, I really expected it to be a lot easier and more comfortable to use.

I really liked how it looked when I first got it, the finish was nice, the edges looked clean, and it seemed like it would be a solid buy. But after just a few months, I started noticing little things coming loose and separating, especially around the corners. Once I saw that first bit starting to peel apart, it just kept getting worse. Kind of disappointing because it looked so good in the beginning...

It does look cute, I’ll give it that. But for the price? Yeah, no thanks. I was expecting a little more than just ‘adorable and overpriced.’

I don’t know, the site just feels a bit messy and outdated to me. I was trying to browse around and it didn’t really give off a clean or modern vibe. Then again, wow, the colors kind of hit you all at once. Just not my favorite look overall.

My delivery showed up late, and the updates along the way were pretty much useless. I get that delays happen, but the lack of clear communication was frustrating. i’d at least expect an apology for the inconvenience

My order took way longer to ship than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking, and in my head, no updates basically meant nothing was happening, so it felt like it was just sitting there for days.
I know delays happen, but when it’s something for a baby, I kind of automatically put it in the “need it soon” category. The wait was frustrating enough that I’d probably think twice before ordering again if shipping is usually this slow.

I sent an email, waited around for a response, and then had to follow up just to get someone to reply. When they finally did, it wasn’t very helpful anyway. The whole thing just left me feeling ignored and frustrated

I was disappointed when my order showed up. The color looked like a soft warm white on the site, but in my room it has this gray/yellow tone that doesn’t match what I thought I was getting at all.

The finish also feels cheaper than I expected. It’s not very smooth, with a few dull spots and some rough edges I can actually feel when I run my hand over it. For the price, I really thought the quality would be better.

I emailed about the issue, but I was kind of left in the dark and never felt like I got a clear answer or solution. Now I just feel stuck with something that doesn’t look like the pictures, and I wouldn’t buy it again
